1. IT is supposed to be working on whatever is wrong, but I haven't heard from them either.App updated and now doesn't register steps taken from Samsung health.
2. I usually end up locked out for a few hours which is how I end up talking to their awesome customer service team.App is pretty self explanatory on navigation, and a great additional benefit to my health plan.
3. Unfortunately, my employer uses Go365 so I'm stuck with it, otherwise there's no way I'd touch this app with a 10-foot pole.It's a very useful app...except for when you are given a error stating it can't log you in that time...which happens quite frequently.
4. this is horribly annoying! if they would fix this issue i would give them 5 stars easily (that is how often and annoying the crashes are).Every time I log in, I have to register my 'new device'.
5. Would not recommendI have experienced lots of bugs with this app, I keep having to uninstall and reinstall because it won't open on my phone any longer.
6. Also, it doesn't fully integrate with Samsung Health so I have to manually record my workouts to receive full credit.
7. however, the "challenges" page on the app crashes *all* the time!! i can not check my progress without it crashing and having to start over.
8. Other than small issues such as that, a very well made app.It syncs with my phone's health apps, and my Fitbit.
9. Customer service says uninstall, restart the phone, change your password.
10. Ya think?? Getting it to sync with my device was a nightmare, and involved working with customer service.
11. Samsung Health doesn't sync up well at all and it's really frustrating.
