1. How about but building an app that actually works?!?!?! The point of the app is to make it easy to find specialists and check your account and benefits, but it's harder than just using the website, which also never recognizes my device or password.Searching for providers is the worst I have ever seen.
2. In short I will use my phone to call them.Very frustrating! Worst app I've had to use and I spent 50 years developing and designing apps in the real world.
3. Tried to use the card on groceries at Winn Dixie (on the list of eligible stores) They don't take the Humana Flex card anymore.
4. I spent most of my time at the service deskIt won't load for me when I use the bio metric, always being told to contact customer service.
5. At the time I wrote this, if I searched for physical therapy, I would only get 3 results for providers with Physical or Therapy as an option, but not Therapists or vice versa.
6. It never recognizes my device, I have to change my password everytime I try to log in.
7. Have to change my password everytime I'm deleting this app because it is useless.
8. Keep the user interface and overall design easy to use and navigate through.Absolutely the worst App I have ever had to use.
9. It's not for finding a provider, it's "Test to see if a specific provider is in our network", far less useful.
10. In "Find provider", you can't ask for a nearby provider, instead you have to know the name of the provider and you can only test to see if that provider is in the network.
11. Left and went to Publix, the take this card but not at the self checkouts, and not with an additional form of payment if there is not enough $$ on the card.
