1. Please provide an update as soon as possible.🙏😓It does the job but restoring your vedios after you hide them is the biggest chore I have a decently fast phone and I tried to restore all of them at once or in chunks but it just doesn`t work and you have to do it one at a time The sad part is I remember when it used to work just fine in my previous phone Don `t use this app unless you only want locic apps or photosAfter Update my phone then private zone is not working.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Private Zone Issues
1. Fix Private Zone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Private Zone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Private Zone App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Private Zone" » Open Private Zone - AppLock, Video » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Private Zone » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Private Zone - AppLock, Video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Private Zone servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Private Zone - AppLock, Video " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Private Zone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Private Zone might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Private Zone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Private Zone then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Private Zone not working
2. Fix Private Zone Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Private Zone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Private Zone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Private Zone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
