1. 3* because Instagram posts video even though < 10 seconds.Useless app taking up my internal space which is very limited as is including the bonus of using up extra memory that's desperately needed for more demanding games and such that are ram hoggers like Pokemon GO!, online games like legacy of discord, etc.

3. How can I get it to auto detect video highlights in the latest version?This app just render any hyperlapsed or slow-motion video useless on my HTC u11 Life.

4. ✘✘✘easy to use! But the old version would detect highlights automatically... the new version just starts each video at the beginning.

5. I didn't realize this app was good for anything other than the Zoe camera until I opened the app to get help using the camera.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Zoe Issues

1. Fix Zoe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Zoe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Zoe App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zoe" » Open Zoe » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zoe » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Zoe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zoe servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zoe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Zoe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zoe might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Zoe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zoe then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zoe not working


2. Fix Zoe Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zoe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zoe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zoe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
