Why should I report an Issue with Downloader for Pivix?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of hongthuanjsc to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Good App, does what it's supposed to BUT don't waste your money buying the Pro Version... it's a false promotion, the Advertisement's disappeared for a few minutes then came back! Also returning back to Pixiv pressing the "back keys" on your phone is tricky and if done too quickly, restarts your Pixiv app search from the beginning.

2. One feature that would be great if there was a batch download type of option because that's how I downloaded content so fast.Garbage. Way too many ads, downloads cancel if you tab out or use split screen, and downloaded gifs are only viewable through the app.

3. Fix it please.This new app is absolutely garbage, why did you have to force me out of the old app when it worked just fine, now this app locks up my pixiv every time I download something and I have to restart pixiv just to continue browsing.

4. At first, I thought this app won't work, but It did work; copy and then paste the link, “EASY” now wait for the image to load and automatically download.

5. Download if you want to be frustrated.After each download, the first ad is to be expected but the immediate second video ad is a bit excessive.

6. It would not be an issue if it would allow me to return to Pixiv at the place I was last instead of taking me ALL the way back to the home page.The upside: it works.

7. Easy.Everything is good but that pro buy message keeps popping up despite me buying the pro version already.

8. However it needs to not close Pixiv when I have the app open seperate from the downloader app... which it continuously does.

1. Fix Downloader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Downloader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Downloader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Downloader" » Open Downloader for Pivix » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Downloader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Downloader for Pivix app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Downloader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Downloader for Pivix" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Downloader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Downloader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Downloader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Downloader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Downloader not working

2. Fix Downloader Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Downloader be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Downloader not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Downloader may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
