1. Additionally, I submitted my rebate info to my utility, so I really don't need a huge rebate button on my screen anymore.For Display it's great! Large display, easy to read from the distance, WIFI app connects phones, it's fantastic and saves electricity bills.

The new version of TCC is colorful and pretty and it might be useful if at all fit on the screen.No way to set-up a schedule, what's the point of a programmable thermostat that you can't program from the app? Also forces landscape mode on my Samsung Z-Fold 3 which is pretty annoying, I get it the app assumes I'm on a tablet but not everyone uses a tablet in landscape only.

3. The "find rebates" button is the only button available (not useful) on the temp change screen, and the cancel/submit buttons have disappeared entirely.

4. The Alexa integration works well for changing the temperature but it would be nice to also change modes from heat to cool or to change the fan operation mode.Pretty basic app, no daily history so it's not good for a rental property/ VRBO/ etc.

7. More great features included the programmable in the schedules and multi colors display to match with wall color as well, and non battery operated need 5 wires to be connected to it from the indoor unit.

8. Much to my disappointment, the most important button in the entire app, the SUBMIT button is now like 2 pixels tall while a new FIND REBATES button is like 40 pixels tall.

9. It's 2023, figure out how to change the orientation of the app based on the position of the device, regardless of device type.I depend on this app as a disabled person, and have had it for many years.

10. If you want to add useful improvements, please work on showing usage reports that show more than just the total hours of heat and AC usage every few months.

1. Fix Total Connect Com Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Total Connect Com: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Total Connect Com App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Total Connect Com" » Open Total Connect Comfort » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Total Connect Com » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Total Connect Comfort app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Total Connect Com servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Total Connect Comfort" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Total Connect Com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Total Connect Com might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Total Connect Com. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Total Connect Com then reinstall.
