1. I surely made them plenty of ad revenue, because you can't do ANYTHING without seeing 2 ads... I don't mind ads on most things... this was ridiculous.. Less than 5 mins to uninstall.This is a Wrost and fake app because one time i dected my face it shows my face is triangle and another time it shows that my face is square😂😂 so don't waste your time and choose your own hairstyle ✌Last month I used the app to find my face shape gives result likely diamond.

3. Totally waste of time😧.This app is totally fake..when i tried to detect my face shape it showed heart shape 😂 and then i tried again this time showed me triangle type..🤣🤣.Dont waste your time on this fake app.It's absolutely useless.

5. Finally I checked one more time by downloading another face shape having Round and it shows triangle This app is not showing correct face shape.

7. The app is good but needs to add more face shapes and maybe have a more streamlined face shape scanner.You only have the option to select your face shape one time then you have to uninstall and reinstall to do it again.

1. Fix Hiface Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hiface: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hiface App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hiface" » Open Hiface - Face Shape Detector » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hiface » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hiface - Face Shape Detector app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hiface servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hiface - Face Shape Detector" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hiface app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hiface might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hiface. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hiface then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hiface not working

2. Fix Hiface Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hiface be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hiface not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hiface may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
