1. If i cant find way to turn out the headache creating voice frequency ill be returning charge 5Im using Note8 .. Equalizer not working (only volume control + and - )... and library completely resets and wipes out of app memory everytime i turn off the app.. totally pointless.. i can work my volume directly from phone and play the music from phone library... why i need this app...It's kind of hard at first to get it set up with your speakers but once you get there it's pretty neat.

2. Their apps... not so much.Dear JBL Team, I think this app need update for properly responding on wired headphone button presses.....music stops after pressing the button but no other function of play, next, previous etc.

3. Maybe an app that can control the speaker's on/off/wake/sleep function, shows battery level, has equalizer function and presets too.

6. Downloaded this app (they have multiple in the app store and it's not clear which you should get so I downloaded many before finding the right one) due to issues with my new speaker.

1. Fix JBL Music Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart JBL Music: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the JBL Music App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JBL Music" » Open JBL Music » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JBL Music » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear JBL Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JBL Music servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JBL Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check JBL Music app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JBL Music might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall JBL Music. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JBL Music then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JBL Music not working
