1. I explained it in the email that I sent twice, but got no reply! This is a terrible app, constantly crashing, isn't available to sync with fitness trackers, other than apple watch, poor app layout, could be made way simpler the addition of the new timer is terrible, and pointless, also the contact my trainer after every workout just why? And if I end my workout I dnt want to confirm more than once, app would be much better appreciated if the statistics that are available on equipment were on app, if it didn't crash so much, and could sync with other appsThe App is so so, it syncs with some of the machines at the gym but not all.
2. Other then that, the app is nice as it shows you video examples of how to use the machines and how to do the exercises.Hi I had problems with the halo fitness app when I was doing my workout and then it said that I completed my workout but I was in the middle of doing my workoutAll i need is an app that lets me remember which exercises im doing and lets me store specific workouts for different goals that i have.
3. Would be good if there was a bigger countdown timer for rests because i can never see the timer when my phones on the floor, for example it would be good to tap the timer to make it appear really big.you're able to create a new account, but you're unable to login to the webpage as it seems to be deprecated.
4. Hopefully it will get better? It's ok, ish...i want to go online and create a workout, but i want to do it from my PC/Laptop..they "retired" and doing it from the app it's time consuming.
5. Also, if i want to create a workout, i have to put all the details, as in kg, time, rest time, etc.
6. Tried email support, unfortunately they don't reply to my emails EDIT It wasn't a loss of connection or Internet.
7. Like everyone else, I'm unable to login to the mobile Halo App.App will not take my email address.
8. when i found other workout with just reps and sets setted up.
9. The app does not always connect to the machine, and when it does it doesn't seem to start the exercise.
10. During registration, you need to supply information about the Gym - Name, Address, etc.
11. Yet the app still says my email address isn't recognized.
