1. Well worth just a few bucks.There is something seriously wrong with this app for a start the screen freezers when the app first opens it, keeps telling me to agree privacy policy, but it doesn't let me click on it.

2. Then secondly on another device it keeps telling me to grant it permission to access my storage, so that it can clean up any junk files and even though I've gave it permission it keeps on telling me to grant permission.

3. The "virus definition update" seems to work now, BUT the virus scan gets to 100% then just stays there.

4. The performance of the app is spiraling downwards with the app failing to locate a virus in my phone which was detected by other apps easily making it practically useless.

5. :-(~ also, the "virus definition update" on the Turbo Cleaner still fails.

6. The app lock it good but slow on my device to load up, because of the Ad trying to load up as well.

7. This seems sketchy to me anymore.The app keeps on prompting me to boost and it's so annoying.

8. One thing gets fixed, then something else goes wrong.

9. The Original Battery Saver was taken away, the CPU Cooler was taken away, and the Booster was taken away.

10. Now I'm Searching for a New Antivirus Cleaner and can't find anything on the Google Play Store.

11. 😡😡😡😡😡Why did we change this app in the last update? The previous update had misspellings that were questionable to me.

1. Fix APUS Security Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart APUS Security: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the APUS Security App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "APUS Security" » Open APUS Security » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for APUS Security » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear APUS Security app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from APUS Security servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "APUS Security" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check APUS Security app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, APUS Security might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall APUS Security. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall APUS Security then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing APUS Security not working
