1. I mentioned that the "virus definitions" wouldn't update and said 'network error' There's nothing wrong with my network,other virus apps update definitions without any issue at all!! Since this has been going on for about a year now, are you EVER going to fix the"update virus definition" error?? I can't use this app until that issue has been resolved.

1. Fix APUS Turbo Cleaner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart APUS Turbo Cleaner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the APUS Turbo Cleaner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "APUS Turbo Cleaner" » Open APUS Turbo Cleaner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for APUS Turbo Cleaner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear APUS Turbo Cleaner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from APUS Turbo Cleaner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "APUS Turbo Cleaner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check APUS Turbo Cleaner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, APUS Turbo Cleaner might not work.
