Why should I report an Issue with ShopWoodmans?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Woodmans Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It's a complete waste of your time.Where in the world are you digital coupons??? After going to customer service at Woodman's and messaging on Facebook, no one can help me!!! Scanning did not work in store.

2. Seems to have to refresh everytime you unlock screen, should keep some local data for when you're in the store with poor service, annoying to have to wait for it to refresh every time my screen times out.

3. I would also like to scan every time I go shopping instead of keeping track of every digital coupon I might use.

4. Also my wallet doesn't show up when it's supposed to.Woodman's is a great store with amazing selection and low prices.

5. If they give you a link because an item was substituted or there's a problem with your order it takes you to start a new shopping experience instead of whatever the problem is or your grocery list.

6. I wanted to give zero stars but that was not an option.Love the app but I'm running into an issue now when I click on an item, it doesn't give me the ingredients or the nutrition label which it used to do for almost all products.

7. I wouldn't recommend using this.Doesn't always give you the discounts even if you clipped the coupon and it shows in the wallet.

8. The coupons never show up at the register when you check out so now you just wasted your time activating the coupon.

9. Also, the grocery prices are higher if you order for pickup vs just going to the store.

10. I have to mentally keep track of the coupons to make sure I'm getting all the discounts and if not go to customer service where they give some dumb excuse like 'you must have already used it'.

11. Also sometimes it shows a coupon, looks like it clips, but then doesn't go in the wallet and you don't get the discount.

1. Fix ShopWoodmans Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ShopWoodmans: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ShopWoodmans App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ShopWoodmans" » Open ShopWoodmans » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ShopWoodmans » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ShopWoodmans app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ShopWoodmans servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ShopWoodmans" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ShopWoodmans app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ShopWoodmans might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ShopWoodmans. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ShopWoodmans then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ShopWoodmans not working

2. Fix ShopWoodmans Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ShopWoodmans be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ShopWoodmans not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ShopWoodmans may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
