1. It would get 5 stars if not for the fact that it stopped working halfway through exploring the topic in question and failed to load the other tabs for other facets of information, then got stuck and wouldn't let me go back to the previous tabs, or close the search results menu to return to lens.
2. 😅 So yeah it's a great app, works 95% of the time, but then doesn't.Seamless integration with the ability to run a reverse image search easily no matter where you store files, with only a right click.
3. So, I finally took a screenshot to remember the information until I could write it down. This is a great app- have found almost every single thing ive ever looked up and i come up with some random stuff to look up! Still like it as of 4/9/23 but am getting really irritated with the part at the bottom of the screen where it asks if it was helpful and wants a rating.
4. Lack of right results, like giving me a link for sugar at Walmart as a result for what the logo meant is why only 4 stars because it makes it harder to use. Most of the time, this app works just great.
5. Seems like the they took 3 steps forward and 4 steps back with thisThis app is awesome it correctly identifies almost anything you photograph with your phone ,plants, animals, places, even parts of manmade objects including electronics and autoparts and of course anything you find in nature, even fungi (those that can be identified macroscopically) and it does it extremely fast.
6. There should be a way to improve search results for this app just like there is in Google Maps and Google Photos.Sometimes Lens works perfectly, fetching the exact results.
7. Every once in a while though, for some unknown reason, even when the image it's scanning for is crystal clear, it will come back with the result image not found, unknown image, or unknown search.
8. Back in my high school someone drew a picture & dropped it and I found it, liked it, & scanned it into my phone and used lens on it and it was actually able to track down the original image that my found art came from.
9. When I got what I wanted and clicked that the results were helpful, it didn't allow me to submit that, so they could know what works as well as what doesn't.
10. Spectacular. The Google Lens app has exceeded my expectations of a photo based search engine.
11. Its in the way!A fine little app that does a pretty cool thing and allows you to find things online based on the parameters you set for the search.
