1. If I don't have any AR devices or app installed on the phone, why does this app keep running and tracking my deviceFor those who have no idea what this app is even for: This provides apps on the phone with a way to use the camera and sensors to put a 3D object into your camera view.

Would be great if someone in customer service would get back to me to resolve this issue.It sneaks into your phone system & hogs a lot of space (91mg for me), tricks you into thinking you can uninstall it but you can't, doesn't bother to let you know what it's about & deletes your negative review.

1. Fix Google Play Services Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Google Play Services: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Google Play Services App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Google Play Services" » Open Google Play Services for AR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Google Play Services » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Google Play Services for AR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Google Play Services servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Google Play Services for AR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Google Play Services app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Google Play Services might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Google Play Services. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Google Play Services then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Google Play Services not working

2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Google Play Services not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Google Play Services may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
