Speech Recognition & Synthesis Customer Insights

1. Note that I am using an Android phone with up-to-date system software.voice to text works fairly well, it seems to be better than most others, it should integrate itself into word also that would make it so much easier as well as the email programs.

2. Worse when dictating in Spanish! It writes word instead of the punctuation.Half the time, using speech to text stops working, or what I say is delayed by about 30 seconds or more.

3. After dictating my first voice-to-text message, the application works sporadically for my next text message and I must hit the microphone button multiple times to get it to record properly again.

4. Everytime i try to use it, it will automatically turn itself right off or just catch one or two words and then shut off again and when i do push the mic to get it to go again, it always capitalizes the first word that it hears when im only trying to finish a sentence, not start a new one.

5. Seems like several years ago, the app was more robust in recognizing different languages.Often times Google Voice to Text will write things I did not say.

6. You changed the back button from the right side of the tap to pause and microphone screen to the left, making it much more difficult to use, there's no reason why you had to move it and you should put it back it makes it more difficult to use and type with.

7. Please fix all these issues, Google! The constant microphone cut-off after the first word of your sentences, it is so freaking annoying.

8. Having to constantly hit the microphone button just so I can say what I need to say, absolutely infuriating!! Word recognition is better than Samsung's, but overall, this app needs a MAJOR fix.

9. Half the time, the app Miss understands what I say and types the wrong words or stops before I'm finished saying three words.

10. Please fix it so that microphone will actually stay on!!!!I used to love this app a lot but after i did the last update for my phone, it somehow changed it drastically and not in a good way.

11. I have broken good phones in the past because of it thinking it was the phones but instead it was Voice to Text.
