Why should I report an Issue with Reasily - EPUB Reader?

1. **I'm probably nit-picking, this app is great!!My goodness this EXCEEDED expectations!!! Thanks a million, so glad I can make detailed notes within my ebooks and publications in a way that I can see what paragraph I'm making my comment on simultaneously! I love the fact that the e-book does not strip down the publication but preserves it and it's beautiful format and has lots of features that other ebooks don't have.

2. (June 28, 2019)I installed this reader a week ago and so far it has worked perfectly and far better than any other free apps I have tried in recent years.

3. Several free apps I have tried don't have the scroll feature.Ok so the swiping is a little more "weird" than the last reader I used, but Im sticking to this one, bc it doesn't require permission for complete access to my files.

4. Reasily is very user friendly, and I like being able to control the line height, the font size, and justify when I want to, but since the last update, bookmarks don't work well and sometimes not at all, and it's harder to find downloaded books.

5. Also love the fact that it has not frozen up on me one time and the interface and menus are easy to navigate.It would be nice if there's an option to force RTL page flipping, because some RTL books are incorrectly recognized as LTR books.

6. Maybe that is the problem? (June 26, 2019) Edit: I do not usually keep the app itself (book list view) open, just the opened book(s).

7. Perhaps I need to keep the book list open, too? All the other apps are still there.

8. Not impressed.This app is very polished but it is missing one very important feature for continuous scrolling...there is no option to continuously scroll to the next chapter.

11. Easily syncs to my phone from my tablet! I had a question, the developer got back to me right away! My only suggestions 1)The underline option for several shades just looks black.

1. Fix Reasily Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Reasily: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Reasily App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reasily" » Open Reasily - EPUB Reader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reasily » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Reasily - EPUB Reader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reasily servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reasily - EPUB Reader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Reasily app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reasily might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Reasily. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reasily then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reasily not working

2. Fix Reasily Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reasily be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reasily not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reasily may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
