1. The only thing this app does do repeatedly is access my device's camera and flash.the jury is still out since I just installed this yesterday but so far I haven't been able to send many of the gifs with my text messages because the image is just too large! I wanted to send one of the dragons from Game of Thrones along with a text and I can't do it.

2. There is NO good reason not to activate the text box and bring up the keyboard with a single press of the search button.

3. I couldn't find a replacement & I TRIED.The content and setup is great, but every time I have tried this app it runs so slow it's unusable.

4. UI has you clicking the bottom for search, then multiple times at the top to activate the text box, then back to the bottom for the keyboard.

5. The search page loads but when I click on an app it stays a solid color, and if it does load, it freezes.

6. It doesn't appear as a keyboard in the phone's "manage keyboards" settings, yet iPhone users are able to add it to their keyboard.

7. Easier to just voice search google at this point.What happened with the last update? All the gifs now have backgrounds versus the transparent backgrounds.

8. This app only works once in a blue moon on the 13th day of every other month.It would be a five star app IF you were able to add it to your keyboard on samsung.

11. Make an update!There's a new feature to the app now; if you try to create a gif with a photo selected from your device files, the screen just goes black and remains that way indefinitely.

1. Fix GIPHY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GIPHY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GIPHY App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GIPHY" » Open GIPHY: GIFs, Stickers & Clips » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GIPHY » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GIPHY: GIFs, Stickers & Clips app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GIPHY servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GIPHY: GIFs, Stickers & Clips" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GIPHY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GIPHY might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GIPHY. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GIPHY then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GIPHY not working

2. Fix GIPHY Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GIPHY be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GIPHY not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GIPHY may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
