1. Please advise.NEVER INSTALL THIS APP! I already paid for subscription monthly and its not working AT ALL, and a cliche reply after I email them... Due to Instagram's security issues, access to some accounts may be temporarily restricted.

2. STOP saying this ".. Our system is constantly trying to regain access to restricted accounts.." It is not your clients' problem, they paid for services and they need to use them straight away.

3. I NEED A FULL REFUND.❗❗Please guys do not ever download this app.❗❗ I downloaded it & used it for maximum 5 minutes, as soon as I saw that it's asking for subscription to use any service I uninstalled it.

4. I am able to search for a person's private profile, but I cannot view it, despite paying 11.99 for the feature to view private accounts.

5. It says in free mode you can view upto two private accounts.

6. Our system tries again and again to regain access to restricted accounts.

7. Dosent work at all.. They will take money and will say that they are not able to access the data as of now and their engineers will try later.

8. After the subscription they deducted the amount from my account, app is not providing any service as mentioned.

9. I also send mail for the same in given mail ID for Refund and Unsubscribe this subscription.

10. Main reason I bought a membership was to see other private accounts.

11. And the only way it says you can cancel your subscription is to email them.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ghostegro Issues

1. Fix Ghostegro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Ghostegro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Ghostegro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ghostegro" » Open Ghostegro - View Private Instagram Accounts » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ghostegro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Ghostegro - View Private Instagram Accounts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ghostegro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ghostegro - View Private Instagram Accounts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Ghostegro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ghostegro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ghostegro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ghostegro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ghostegro not working


2. Fix Ghostegro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ghostegro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ghostegro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ghostegro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
