1. Also, a bookmark feature would be good so that users could resume where they left off in the last session. There is nothing wrong with the word being spoken and read it's just the way it's being read is my issue because it gets irritating to listen to after a while as for the reason that the reader sounds more like someone who is just reading a script and is a terrible actor who pretends to be the teacher and he just sounds like he's in a hurry to get through the passages as he is reading which becomes irritating because it doesn't sound natural however, the scriptures are great.Too many deliberate changes to Scriptures.
2. I like listening while driving or something, but when I can sit and read it's nice reading along with the audio.I love the idea that I can put on my earbuds and and just listen to the audio is very relaxing! I love God's word! Sometimes to hear it instead of reading it is very good idea. When I listen to a chapter and the chapter ends and goes to another chapter, it doesn't go to the next chapter.
3. If they actually BELIEVED GOD IS WHO HE SAYS HE IS, then as it says in James 5 "But if any of you lacks WISDOM, let him ask of God, who gives to all men generously.." they would have left the text as it was! Uninstalling!Excellent Audio of the bible, as I am struggling reading at the moment with an eye problem this audio of the bible has been a very special blessing in my time of need.
4. I thank God that these apps are available to those with sight problems.Would be nice to have the scriptures to read along if you choose to.
5. It helps me in my own reading to pronounce names and places and also to notice where emphasis might be made.
6. The user has to press play, but it starts the current chapter from the beginning.
7. Very disturbing that in the Book of James, & no doubt throughout this version, rather than maintain the language they chose to cater to whiners who misunderstand everything.
8. I pressed it again and now it goes to the next chapter.
9. I love this app! I often listen to it through the bluetooth in my car as I travel to work.
10. I've been reading NASB for 30+ years.
11. I'd like to be able to have the app play selected chapters or verses and let me mark where I left off to come back later and pick up there.
