Why should I report an Issue with VBike?

In the next day they charged me $135 mxnThe idea is fantastic, when I finally get a bike it's great, but since I get my membership three weeks ago I've only been able to use it three times because the bikes never are in the place, I don't know if are the users (one time I found one bike hidden inside a fire station and many times in private parking) the programmers (putting more bikes in order to get the membership) or the bad GPSWorks good and gives contact links for problems...unfortunately it gives a permanent alert on your phone that you can only get rid of by uninstalling it!Horrible service.

2. The other reviews in this app may be for another location, but my wife and I enjoyed using this app and this service and will use again when visiting again.Three words.. I HATE IT! I suscribed to the monthly package 2 weeks ago and I have never been able to ride a single Bike at all either due to bikes kept in private properties (which are unable to report) or some other times you lose a lot of time walking to a Bike Just to find out that there is no such Bike where it was suppose to be.

There's no way to report bikes kept in private properties, it showed multiple times bikes in maps that weren't located as it showed, I never saw parking places in the map (as much as I refreshed it) and anytime I parked, it said it wasn't either locked well or outside la Delegación (I never left it).

4. Definitely, I'd never recommend it.My wife and I used this app and their bikes in the city of Mazatlan Mexico on the shore, had a bike road along the shore and the cost was very low.

5. Because I take I ride, but it started to rain so I left the bike, locked it and touch the button "End ride", I waited 3 minutes under the rain for a notification of the ride was ended, but it never came up, so I get annoyed and left it like that.

6. I Will try with MOBIKE hopefully they have a better app service.Relies on blue tooth pairing so you can only rent one bike at a time.

7. Most of the times it shows bike on map, but actually there are no bikes.

8. There were about 10 or so bike stations and we used them to get across from one place to another to tour around the whole city and get to all the attractions for 4 days.

1. Fix VBike Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VBike: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VBike App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VBike" » Open VBike » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VBike » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VBike app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VBike servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VBike" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VBike app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VBike might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VBike. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VBike then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VBike not working

2. Fix VBike Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VBike be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VBike not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VBike may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
