1. I cannot use t-mobilitat without having to open the app which often doesn't load or takes 5-10 min to load, I need to hover over the scanner at least twice each time I'm trying to get in or out! It's becoming quite frustrating to use it.The mobile ticket part is bugged.

2. Takes a while to load, like a very long time, and it used one extra way of my 10 ways tickets (t casual) while I was still having time for the previous ticket I used for less than an hour... Kind of stealing people.It works, though the process to register and set up for the tickets was extremely convoluted and error prone.

3. It takes forever to load the e-card every time you need it and you have to be connected to the internet in order for it to work properly (yes even on the subway).

4. Never worry about the card failing or getting lost, you always have your mobile so you always have your TMB tickets.Doesn't work on android.

5. And it's losing my session almost everyday.Terribly slow to get to the ticket card, maybe have awidget for this that opens the app directly in this page.
