1. Any attempt to return to the story, will cause it to start all over again.I've been having a great experience with Metro since I switched over from one of the larger carriers over 2 years ago!!! I love the much lower pricing for the same phones and service! It helps a lot especially when you're on a budget because the price is right the exact same thing each month! I used to pay $110 per month on those larger carriers but not with Metro my husband and I only pay $80 per month and that's for both line's together that's a significant savings!!!! Go Metro!!!I despise this app so much but there are ways to disable it & I do.

2. now currently, I was looks ng at my metro zone news ads, and a message popped up saying that it apoears that im currently using an older version.Makes it easier to pay for all the phone bills, you can change your plan, due date, it's really cool app to utilize.

3. I am thinking about getting away from these guys as I am sick of the ads & excuses.My experience with this app has been pretty good! There are different things on there and that I find very interesting news articles I feel are very interesting and you may not hear on the television news.

1. Fix metroZONE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart metroZONE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the metroZONE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "metroZONE" » Open metroZONE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for metroZONE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear metroZONE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from metroZONE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "metroZONE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check metroZONE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, metroZONE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall metroZONE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall metroZONE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing metroZONE not working

2. Fix metroZONE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make metroZONE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to metroZONE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, metroZONE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
