Me with my family bought tickets from Málaga Airport to La Linea, and bus just didn't arrived, and in tickets office they told us bus already gone, but we were waiting along with many other people exactly on the bus station for 40 minutes before departure time and 20 minutes after, and there was no any Avanza busses.

2. Interface to find and manage your tickets on demand is terrible - again, it takes 10 5-6 clicks each with loading time to get to your ticket.

3. How am I meant to buy a ticket if I can't even create an account.The worst app trying to buy ticket for more than 2hours! Pages disappear when approving payments so I dont even know if I have ticket or no or if they charged me or no!This bus company is an absolute scammers and liers.

1. Fix Avanzabus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Avanzabus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Avanzabus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Avanzabus" » Open Avanzabus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Avanzabus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Avanzabus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Avanzabus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Avanzabus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Avanzabus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Avanzabus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Avanzabus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Avanzabus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Avanzabus not working

2. Fix Avanzabus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Avanzabus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Avanzabus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Avanzabus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
