Why should I report an Issue with Runic Pro - Learn the Runic Al?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of GBCApps to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. But still it's frozen when I start and it pops adds right off.... It has very limited info but was helpful.. i don't use it now.Had to buy to stops adds but only because I use it so much, I love that it pronounces the rune for you it's just what I've been searching for because everyone pronounces them differently so I had a hard time knowing but it's also a wonderful trainer for memorization, overall just a great app, very well put together the developer did perfect, I've had my kids load it to now that they are old enough to start studying the runes more seriously.

I would love to see additional features such as spoken pronunciation, flash cards with words instead of letters, more information on commonly used words and phrases from actual runic inscriptions, and different challenges as seen with other language apps.So I do not put much money into apps.. i used this as a reference and paid for the "Add free" but i still have adds and i uninstalled and reinstalled.

3. Won't buy cause couldn't enjoy even exploring it.Teaches Elder, Younger, Medieval runes with flash cards challenges.

4. Unlock add free mode for a small fee, it's absolutely worth it! The app can help you memorize the runes but stops there.

5. It makes it difficult to stay focused long enough to enjoy the app.Good at helping you learn most the letters, but there are some issues with a couple of them.

6. -Actual rules written in the "learn" section (i.e. never write double runes) -Dates of use in the "learn" section (vikings would not have used elder futhark)The app has great potential but the ads are insane.

7. The paid version as-is should be free, and the free version should have half as many adds.

8. I like the multiple choice idea, but I think there should be options for rune names, not just the letters they stand for.

9. My attention span is about that of a goldfish, so I loose interest quickly when I have to see the same ad 5 times in a row in less than a min of trying to memorize letters, I may delete if ads dominate the app timeThis app looks promising.

1. Fix Runic Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Runic Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Runic Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Runic Pro" » Open Runic Pro - Learn the Runic Al » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Runic Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Runic Pro - Learn the Runic Al app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Runic Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Runic Pro - Learn the Runic Al" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Runic Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Runic Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Runic Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Runic Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Runic Pro not working

2. Fix Runic Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Runic Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Runic Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Runic Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
