Perfect Piano Customer Insights
1. Five stars.I don't know if other piano apps are like this as well, but with this one there is a distinct delay between pressing the keys and hearing the sound.
2. When using a different sound other than normal Pianos, sounds like the Music Box sometimes make an extremely reverbed and annoying sound when playing.
3. Edit: changed from 3 to 4 stars because I find the piano mode so useful when I need to find pitches on the go.Perfect piano is well, really perfect.
4. Great app.Piano mode works fine and is very helpful when I need to get pitches quickly and don't have an actual piano nearby.
5. 3) could you add more instruments, I would love to here the alto sax, and more brass, (Tuba, Baritone horn, French horn, etc.)It's not perfect, the instruments sound cheap, but it's free and extremely responsive.
6. I sometimes "fat-finger" a wrong now due to the small keys, but there are only so many notes you can for on a small phone screen! You do need to back out of the keyboard function before you can jump over to another app.
7. Select from different piano sounds and slowdown or speed up your practice sessions.
8. It works for that purpose well, good "piano" sounds and key responsiveness.
9. Oh and by the way, if you go to keyboard, then you can even go to cords mode! Install at once.Overall, probably the best Piano app on mobile.
10. Otherwise it'd be a great app.I Love this app!!! It's so useful! The only thing I wish it had (and maybe I'm just not seeing it) is a way to replay the file you just played without having to go into records files again.
11. Wonderful for learning songs if you don't have access to a piano.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Perfect Piano Issues
1. Fix Perfect Piano Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Perfect Piano: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Perfect Piano App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Perfect Piano" » Open Perfect Piano » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Perfect Piano » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Perfect Piano app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Perfect Piano servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Perfect Piano" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Perfect Piano app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Perfect Piano might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Perfect Piano. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Perfect Piano then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Perfect Piano not working
2. Fix Perfect Piano Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Perfect Piano be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Perfect Piano not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Perfect Piano may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hello sir im krishna my id 2940231 it is very sad today morning i am very sad i am playing your piano since 6 years today morning i found out my id level is 0 found out that it happened because of ex playing So sir i am telling you i quit playing for 2 years since your system stopped playing with exp or midi file so sir how will be my id level 0 while i am against exp player myself and have reported many times Sir and still if we have done some other mistake then forgive us, I request you with folded hands sirSir, let me tell you that everyone has raised the level through xp and medi files, but since you have stopped playing the banned system for 2 years, in such a situation, make everyone zero level, you don't want such injustice. humble requestSimilarly, sir, let me tell you that everyone with level 50 plus has increased the level of XP game, so everyone should have level 0.

So I have an account on perfect piano I use to play A lot from 2 years ago. I was a level 43 and I remember my email to the account. When I downloaded perfect piano today, they took off the gmail login, like I can’t login using my email and that’s the only way I’ll be able to get into my account which the username is ❥Khy❥ I really really missed this game and I’d really love to get my account back because this game is pretty fun and I love the piano songs but I don’t want to start over my levels after it took me maybe a year or less to get to level 43 and I’d really appreciate it if there’s a way I can still get into my perfect piano acc using email to get into my old account. Like I said, I remember the email to it, it may still be the same old password I used I just don’t know how I can login into my account without the email option to login.
