1. Casting from a browser works fine, but it seems like there's no way to cast trailers, since they load in a different kind of player.I absolutely love the programming available on this app and am so glad to be a VIP member.
2. There are a lot of series on your site that I love to watch, but I can't, and I'm falling farther and farther behind! HELP ME, PLEASE!Was my other review deleted what in the world??? Anyways, this app is too buggy for use.
3. Edited- There is full screen.The content is excellent, but I find myself using the web site more than the app, even on my phone.
4. Subtitles are cut off when watching in landscape mode when two or more lines of text are present.
5. Also, regarding all the comments about the subtitles not being visible if there are two or more lines -- to fix that, I just tap my screen, and then I'm able to read everything.Great idea for an app but they need to fix a lot.
6. If yall need help developing the app, just say that.I've loved using this app but in the past couple months, I keep having more and more problems.
7. In the times where I have to stop watching a drama and I turn off my device and comeback it doesn’t save the time stamp.
8. It'll connect to the device, but the TV will just show a blank screen with the text "CAF Receiver v3 - Stable" in the middle.
9. "Favorite" adds the episode, not the show.It's only getting 2 stars because it has content I would not see elsewhere.
10. On *every* video, I get static, and the error message "A general error occurred: Trust anchor for certification path not found." Please fix this, or tell me how to fix it.
11. Why am I getting ads now? Maybe it's time to cancel it.The majority of the free movies are shorts between 8 and 17 minutes and I've already seen most of them on YouTube.

1. Fix GagaOOLala Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart GagaOOLala: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the GagaOOLala App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GagaOOLala" » Open GagaOOLala: Gay, Les, BL Films » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GagaOOLala » click "UPDATE".
- Clear GagaOOLala: Gay, Les, BL Films app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GagaOOLala servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GagaOOLala: Gay, Les, BL Films" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check GagaOOLala app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GagaOOLala might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall GagaOOLala. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GagaOOLala then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GagaOOLala not working

- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GagaOOLala be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GagaOOLala not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GagaOOLala may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

First of all, I would like to request for my gagaoolala account to be deleted. Why I want my account deleted is because the app has quite a lot of inappropriate things that I dislike and that makes me uncomfortable, gagaoolala has been playing up on behalf of my side and I would like for it to be deleted. Gagaoolala has become no use to me and I want all my information wiped from gagaoolala.
