• First of all, I would like to request for my gagaoolala account to be deleted. Why I want my account deleted is because the app has quite a lot of inappropriate things that I dislike and that makes me uncomfortable, gagaoolala has been playing up on behalf of my side and I would like for it to be deleted. • I subscribed to VIP and paid my subscription and when I attempted to watch a show, the subtitle was not working properly. Subtitles were not centered. They were off to the side of my phone screen and most of the words were cut off. Tried rebooting the app and my phone, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but to no avail. My iPhone is running on IOS 16.0.2 and the GagaOOLala app is on version 2.0.6. Please look into this matter and will be waiting for your response. Thank you.
