1. No chance of a firmware update to correct this? Seems little point in investing in a newer model if the technology is so unstable.Great App allows me to have full control of my smart Radio without needing to ever touch my radio including a mute feature which is essential.
2. Why do these people "upgrade" apps and they are then rendered useless? Unbelievable! This app is really annoying, it connects my two Ruark speakers then I somehow lose the control then it can take a full new setup or wait a couple hours till they come back again. While the app is sleek and effortlessly helpful, it often fails to pick my Roberts Stream94L.
3. However could do with a update as sometimes when switching radio on from the app there is no sound despite the volume being set. This app was really good when I first got my Roberts Radio 18 months ago but is now useless as it cannot find a WiFi signal.
4. But now the BBC Radio streams I frequently use (Radio 4 mainly) simply refuse to play at all on my Auna internet radio.
5. Fine on my smartphone though... EDIT: Undok responds that "older radios" cannot play the streams currently available from the BBC.
6. Even the Roberts can do this on it's dire interface! Via Undok you can only scroll 10000s of station names in alphabetical order (I've never even made it to A).
7. Thanks for staying on top of it Frontier so that this app can improve even more, work with VPN.It found my new Evoke Spot immediately and it works perfectly.
8. It now can't find my Evoke Spot.It works just about but doesn't give any station search option.
9. My Auna radio is less than 3 years old.
10. Artist, song title, volume adjustment and on/off standby done remotely.
11. Heartbreaking experience for one who uses it often.Keeps dropping devices which have been added.
Hi guys
I use the Undok app to control my music and love it, I created a play list on my hard-drive USB device however when I select shuffle is says there are to many items to shuffle. What is the limit? And are there any plans to increase it?
Many thanks
