Why should I report an Issue with Frigloo - Freezer manager, fri?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Frigloo to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Using it every time after groceries!Nice app - especially useful is the expiry dates, good to make sure you use up food before it goes bad.Last update lost all my data and now it makes you register an account no matter what.

2. Also no option for expiration date (which I didn't notice until after I installed it or I wouldn't have, because that one is a deal breaker.) But at least it lets me enter home cooked frozen meals, and uses the system keyboard so I can voice type.

3. My phone is only 3 years old and loads of other apps work with it so I think it's a coding and app problem.It's a pretty good idea.

4. Also it would be great to be able to save a backup file.This is a nice way to inventory your cupboards and fridge.

5. An online freezer manager app (??????)Good and easy way to inventorize the fridge and pantry.

6. I tried to look at the app from a guests POV but it defiantly didn't want to cooperate.

7. Concept is great, execution not so much.Layout doesn't look trusting.

8. The shopping list could be a bit easier to use, for example have a way to cross off items without having to open them first and then save.

9. There are a few wrinkles that need ironing out but they are minimal, I'm sure they will be fixed in later updates.

10. Otherwise the app is easy to use and clean!Cumbersome, seems buggy, not at all intuitive.

11. Modifying contents is problematic, cant seem to modify something once created.

1. Fix Frigloo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Frigloo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Frigloo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Frigloo" » Open Frigloo - Freezer manager, fri » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Frigloo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Frigloo - Freezer manager, fri app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Frigloo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Frigloo - Freezer manager, fri" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Frigloo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Frigloo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Frigloo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Frigloo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Frigloo not working

2. Fix Frigloo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Frigloo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Frigloo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Frigloo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
