1. Tried to restore purchase and it give me the Error message saying I already own this item but the letters are still locked.One star because when I was exploring the alphabet is locked at letter f, which is understandable, but then a pop-up comes up with two options "Unlock" and "Restore"... both of them take you to in-app purchases so no matter which option a child chooses it would make a purchase.

2. I wouldn't mind so much having a free version and a paid app, but misleading with a "free" app that only works through in-app purchase is despicable.I tried this app before I let my son use it an I was having trouble tracing the letter.

3. It is why I downloaded this app and made the in-app purchase to unlock all the locked letters(Full Version)! She really enjoyed tracing and coloring on this app but she can't do that anymore.

4. The problem, you get through letter E to find the rest of is locked and you need an in-app purchase.

5. I love the balloon popping thing that lets her calm down and feel successful again between the more stressful tracing.This would be good to teach my kids letters and sounds.

1. Restart ABC Tracing & Phonics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ABC Tracing & Phonics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ABC Tracing & Phonics" » Open ABC Tracing & Phonics for Preschoolers & Kids Game » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ABC Tracing & Phonics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ABC Tracing & Phonics for Preschoolers & Kids Game app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ABC Tracing & Phonics servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ABC Tracing & Phonics for Preschoolers & Kids Game" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ABC Tracing & Phonics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ABC Tracing & Phonics might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ABC Tracing & Phonics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ABC Tracing & Phonics then reinstall.
