This app has no future on my phone or computer because it's a waste of space and a scam.When you open the app one out of ten times it's going to be just a white screen and even after that it has very minimal work put into itHorrible app, tells you nothing you need to know to actually help your student.

3. It only provides the overall grade for the class and letter grades on assignments.

4. The website portal has problems of its own, but it is still miles ahead of this app.I'm a student using this app, and I can tell that this app had minimal effort put into its development.

5. Terrible user interface, shows no more than your overall grade of each class and the slide feature is weird when you use it.

6. But at least it shows you your grades without needing to get on a computer.Terrible. Cannot log in via cell phone without having to change password.

7. "Why you gave me an F?" This is a problem.Horrible app that does not show my true grade in my classes and has absolutely no effort put into it at all.

8. I don't like how I can't see my specific grade on an assignment.This app is horrible, there is a white screen everytime.

9. However, when he or she clicks on the blue class link, the list of assignments and the grades for each one is not viewable.

10. Lets say, the student has a D or F, this means that student will not log into the browser version of Focus to find out why their grade is low, they will just harass their teacher.

11. Did they turn something in?? Who knows...... When is the assignment due?? Who knows....... Yet ALL communication from the school acts like it's a wealth of information that can help with most situations.

1. Fix BPS Focus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BPS Focus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BPS Focus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BPS Focus" » Open BPS Focus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BPS Focus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BPS Focus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BPS Focus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BPS Focus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BPS Focus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BPS Focus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BPS Focus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BPS Focus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BPS Focus not working

2. Fix BPS Focus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BPS Focus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BPS Focus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BPS Focus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
