1. My daughter has made a few before but very little ones and soon she ran out of beads.A nice idea, my kid lives the pixelator..the problem is that the app doesn't find it...it takes forever to connect although all instructions are followed..had to restart phone last time.. Furthermore, you can't find anywhere to buy separate colours so if you only need black for a project, to finish it you have to buy the whole pack of 8 colours which is £25.

2. I looked for help online and was unable to locate a way to remedy this problem, only if I needed to set a new password or if it says an email is ready being used.Spent 45 mins trying to create a dinosaur image for my son (first time using the app) then after 45 mins of work the stupid Bluetooth modal popped up and I couldn't close it.

3. If i knew, i wouldn't have bought it, although the portrait looks fab.PERLER BEADS DO NOT WORK--this is a waste of time.

4. This would have been incredible if it interfaced with Perler beads, but sadly, you can only use the ones that come in the package and have to buy additional beads in a very limited color spectrum.

5. Beads fall out of place easy, making it frustrating for kids.

6. This is a great idea, but purler beads are bigger, these are so tiny you can't place them with fingers, you have ro use tool & it's hard to use.

7. Pixel camera is not very good.Fantastic. We love this cool device and my kids are so excited to make the 3d creations.I thought It would work without the item.

8. Why not just allow image conversion on the website so I can design there, and save to SD card?It is irritating to have to download an app when simple printed instructions would do the job.

9. The beads that come with the product are too small and the product is frustrating to use.

10. You have to go in settings, then apps & allow this ap to make changes to your phone, also allow blue tooth to allow other devices.

11. On the bright side it is cool if you do small projects on this but the bracelet I think are the hardest.

1. Fix smART pixelator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart smART pixelator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the smART pixelator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "smART pixelator" » Open smART pixelator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for smART pixelator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear smART pixelator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from smART pixelator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "smART pixelator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check smART pixelator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, smART pixelator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall smART pixelator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall smART pixelator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing smART pixelator not working

2. Fix smART pixelator Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make smART pixelator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to smART pixelator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, smART pixelator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
