Fluz Customer Insights

1. If I try to transfer to a gift card it says I have no balance available!!!The app worked once, long enough for initial set-up to get my bank account information, and now crashes every time I try to open it.

2. This is on top of their app not working at all on my new phone.Discounts during promos and "parties" can be worthwhile, although if you have a half decent portfolio of credit cards much less so (usually -3% discount vs using a bank account).

3. Either part of the app doesn't work so you can't use it or my account is blocked, locked or denied from access and has to go under review before use is given back.

4. I've had my account unlocked and opened at least 3 times now in the past 4 months.I love the ability to get gift cards, but the app is a TOTAL mess.

5. And unlike other cashback programs, they have NO web interface, so if the app doesn't work, you have no access to even delete your account.

6. Haven't been using long but I did the initial set up even purchased a gift card no problems.

7. Haven't had many issues getting other gift cards.I just got a Galaxy A12.

8. I did take one star off however because I do have issues sometimes where it simply won't work and tells me to contact someone if the issue persists.

9. I have accumulated $8 and change and says to withdraw to bank I have exceeded the allotted money allowed to transfer.

10. Update 9/30: still crashes every time I launch, despite developer's response that it's fixed.So I had deleted this app for a bit but I'm back again.

11. It's just always been that way.I don't know what the deal is but this user to be light-years ahead of any competition and now it's constant issues and being unable to use or benefit from the service they offer.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fluz Issues

1. Fix Fluz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fluz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fluz App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fluz" » Open Fluz » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fluz » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fluz app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fluz servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fluz" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fluz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fluz might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fluz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fluz then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fluz not working


2. Fix Fluz Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fluz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fluz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fluz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
