Why should I report an Issue with AMY - Music Makers Network?

If you ever looking for Band members this is the app and i would even love to recommend this app to all my friends who are looking for a band.It won't let me log in, it says there's already an account with that email, yeah duh its the one im trying to log into!Just doesn't work at the moment I cant load a profile picture.

2. After that, I found I couldn't EVER log in to my account which just kept showing a constantly turning circle! I tried checking out the site on Google and got nowhere.

3. "Yeah, let's charge our new members to upload videos longer that half a minute...THAT'LL KEEP DOWN THEIR LUNCH!!"" (Couldn't find a way to delete my account either.

4. Already found a venue I didn't know about, to send my epk to, and they are using the App for that very purpose to find bands, so they will be more receptive than an avg establishment.Wonderful app for musicians.

5. Not sure why it's such an issue, hell if you want to jam we can do it my front yard anytime.You lost me at 20 second time limits on video uploads.

6. and as i go to open account just OFFI love how chickenshit everyone is about sharing location these days.

7. Terrible...honestly! Downloaded the app, signed up and got the bog standard 'welcome' reply in my email box.

8. Like, seriously? The concept of paying you guys ANYTHING before I even know what I'm getting myself into is absolutely preposterous and Amy needs to be fired for coming up with such a hilarious concept.

1. Fix AMY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AMY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AMY App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AMY" » Open AMY - Music Makers Network » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AMY » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AMY - Music Makers Network app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AMY servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AMY - Music Makers Network" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AMY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AMY might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AMY. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AMY then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AMY not working

2. Fix AMY Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AMY be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AMY not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AMY may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
