1. Get your stuff together!Why does this app requires access to my photos to work? It seems ludicrous to me that it is not even optional!Unacceptable permissions sought, while there's absolutely no need for all that.

2. The only thing to know is that if a train is coming within a minute or 2 at the most ,somtimes the app will not show this, so you might be fooled into thinking you willhave to wait 15 or 20 minutes,when the train is right around the corner.

3. The website is even worse - keeps asking you to Register, then tells you you're already registered, and leaves no area for you to actually log in.

4. Use the website, its slightly better.Asking for foto access permissions? Many times getting errors.

5. Use Google Maps instead, to me this app ia a CrApp! Unibstalled it, ya esta!Permissions unacceptable for this type of app.

1. Fix Metrovalencia Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Metrovalencia: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Metrovalencia App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Metrovalencia" » Open Metrovalencia » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Metrovalencia » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Metrovalencia app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Metrovalencia servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Metrovalencia" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Metrovalencia app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Metrovalencia might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Metrovalencia. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Metrovalencia then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Metrovalencia not working

2. Fix Metrovalencia Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Metrovalencia be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Metrovalencia not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Metrovalencia may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
