1. They only agreed to a refund when I threatened a credit card charge back! Still waiting for my money now.I purchased a ticket for an event months in advance & when the time came closer the time slot I had chosen did not work best compared to other available times.
2. Absolutely disappointed...Bait and switch then a uphill battle to get a refund - buyer beware! Bought a concert ticket that was changed to an outdoor event.
3. where I am annoyed is I purchased tickets for something and put a specific time and when I paid for it the time changed.
4. By the time they finally reached out the tickets for the event were sold out.
5. I even made a mistake and bought an extra ticket I didn't need so they did a refund so I could go back and purchase the other two.
6. They offered a lame voucher towards a future event but with a catch - must be used within 60 days and any difference in value under what was originally paid ($104!!) Is forfeit.
7. Had I known I would have had to install an app I would have found some other way to buy tickets or would not have attended the event.
8. I went through the steps to change it and it ended up charging me an extra $10 because that time slot for filled and that pissed me off.

10. They took more than a week to issue a voucher and only reached out when I threatened to refund.

This isn't a complaint nor is it a negative review. This is just a very urgent matter. I had two tickets to the drive-in drag RuPaul show for Saturday but my tickets were changed to Friday which isn't what I want. I would like my tickets changed back to Saturday at the 7-8:15pm slot. Which is when it originally was.
Today I tried to order 4 adult tickets and one child ticket to the Van Gogh Experience in Boston on November 7th at 2pm. There was no way to add a child ticket to the adult tickets in one transaction. I checked out with 4 adult tickets, but only received 3, and immediately went to buy the child ticket for that time and date and it was sold out already. Sunday afternoons are the ONLY available times open for us and we do not want to leave the other adult and ESPECIALLY the child out, but there was no option for a refund and I couldn't get her a ticket. This is NOT OK. Why would a ticketing platform NOT let you buy adult AND child tickets at the same time?! I need this resolved immediately. I've tried emailing Fever and got an automated reply with zero info about how to fix this issue. No phone number for customer service, no live chat available, how is this possible? I need a refund or an adult and child ticket added to the November 7th 2pm Van Gogh Experience in Boston. I'm VERY unhappy with the fact that I COULD NOT buy the 4 adult tickets and 1 child ticket at the same time. This needs to be resolved. Like 2-3 hours ago!
