1. They only agreed to a refund when I threatened a credit card charge back! Still waiting for my money now.I purchased a ticket for an event months in advance & when the time came closer the time slot I had chosen did not work best compared to other available times.

2. Absolutely disappointed...Bait and switch then a uphill battle to get a refund - buyer beware! Bought a concert ticket that was changed to an outdoor event.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fever Issues

1. Fix Fever Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fever: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fever App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fever" » Open Fever: Local Events & Tickets » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fever » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fever: Local Events & Tickets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fever servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fever: Local Events & Tickets" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fever app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fever might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fever. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fever then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fever not working


2. Fix Fever Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fever be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fever not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fever may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

This isn't a complaint nor is it a negative review. This is just a very urgent matter. I had two tickets to the drive-in drag RuPaul show for Saturday but my tickets were changed to Friday which isn't what I want. I would like my tickets changed back to Saturday at the 7-8:15pm slot. Which is when it originally was.

Today I tried to order 4 adult tickets and one child ticket to the Van Gogh Experience in Boston on November 7th at 2pm. There was no way to add a child ticket to the adult tickets in one transaction. I checked out with 4 adult tickets, but only received 3, and immediately went to buy the child ticket for that time and date and it was sold out already. Sunday afternoons are the ONLY available times open for us and we do not want to leave the other adult and ESPECIALLY the child out, but there was no option for a refund and I couldn't get her a ticket. This is NOT OK. Why would a ticketing platform NOT let you buy adult AND child tickets at the same time?! I need this resolved immediately. I've tried emailing Fever and got an automated reply with zero info about how to fix this issue. No phone number for customer service, no live chat available, how is this possible? I need a refund or an adult and child ticket added to the November 7th 2pm Van Gogh Experience in Boston. I'm VERY unhappy with the fact that I COULD NOT buy the 4 adult tickets and 1 child ticket at the same time. This needs to be resolved. Like 2-3 hours ago!
