Fender Tone Customer Insights

1. Want to change your signal chain so your modulation comes before the reverb on a patch becuase you're going on after this next band? Need to add that patch to the updated set list you were just texted on the way to the gig? Unless your connected to the amp you cant do any of those things. And now it's back to not working again.

2. Fender, doesn't this mean my Internet must be connected if i can see new tones?? I suspect something is wrong on the server side.

3. On the support site fender recommends not to use both! So you guys sell a product that can do 2 things, then you recommend to use only 1 because otherwise does not work well.

4. bravo, fender engineers.I've tried Fender Tone on both Apple and Android devices, and the difference is night and day.

5. I have confirmed my internet connection via other apps not to mention the fact that I can load the tone list.

6. It also requires storage permissions to load presets to your amp, even though they should never need to touch your phone, especially on a WiFi connected amp.

7. Thanks for the support Fender!First time using it and already running into problems due to the app.

8. The Fender Tone app is a great idea- especially when it's working!Idk, maybe it's just me or my amp (Mustang GTX 100).

9. Please ensure you are signed in and connected to the internet." I get this when attempting to try or add a new tone (like others).

10. I'm not even that concerned about what's happening with that data, but I only use this app once or twice a month and don't want it eating battery.Bluetooth stbility is unreliable.

11. My recommendation: if you get a Mustang GT amp, get an Apple. What's with the permissions? It seems that they are hard coded in, as I can't connect to my amp unless I give it location permissions at all times, just while using the app isn't enough.
