Why should I report an Issue with femtasy?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Bit disappointing Edit: And two days later it's not even working at allI used to love Femtasy but over the last few months they have hardly created any content for the English version of the service, the filter function has stopped working, and (unrelated) now I keep receiving emails in German from the team at Femtasy - they used to send messages in English, now I cannot even hit "unsubscribe" because the email is in German.

2. if they like it they can upgrade... Just saying 🤷 ♀️I try to log in and it says to put my email and password, but i never made an account AND i keep trying to put my email password in and it tells me its incorrect.

3. I do have one request: you might want to consider adding a free subscription for people who can't afford tge paid version or just wanting to test it out.

4. Keep on doing what you do femtasy team!I forgotten my password and tried to use the app to reset it, but there's no option for that.

5. I chose monthly, thinking this is just settings for after the trial in case I want to keep using the app.

6. I think they are not properly looking after the English language side of the service, which makes the membership not worth the money, sorry!Great App, great product.

7. I've purposely chosen the free 7 day trial and after that the only option were a yearly or monthly charge.

8. Still prefer the website though.Charged me $9.99 and for what?? I was under the impression it was still my free trial.

11. I had high hopes for this app but its just a waste.Cant make an account! All I can do is login in, which does not work since I don't have an account.

1. Fix femtasy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart femtasy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the femtasy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "femtasy" » Open femtasy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for femtasy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear femtasy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from femtasy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "femtasy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check femtasy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, femtasy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall femtasy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall femtasy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing femtasy not working

2. Fix femtasy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make femtasy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to femtasy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, femtasy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
