1. Suggest a feature where you can watch multiple cameras at the same time in split screens.Needs multi screen.

2. Also needs ability to do play back.ptz not workingmultiple screens live view option is not available in TV appAppears to be installing, reaches 100% then nothing.

3. please fix this issue.if I put in multiple screens mode it keeps going off or keep on taking a break which is very inconvenient, the screens only turns on for 1 minutes, which is very very bad.

4. To log in using the qr code on screen, open ezviz mobile app and "add device", then click top right of screen the qr code scanner icon and scan qr code on your screen.

5. hopefully you will fix it.the app is okay to watch your cameras but sometimes app freezes which is annoying.

1. Fix EZVIZ TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EZVIZ TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EZVIZ TV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EZVIZ TV" » Open EZVIZ TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EZVIZ TV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EZVIZ TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EZVIZ TV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EZVIZ TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EZVIZ TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EZVIZ TV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EZVIZ TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EZVIZ TV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EZVIZ TV not working

2. Fix EZVIZ TV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EZVIZ TV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EZVIZ TV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EZVIZ TV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
