Just a suggestion: The photo and video features need to have all the capabilities of the native camera app...currently you can't even pinch zoom in the photo section.This is a very great tool especially as an alternative to actually having a body cam which makes my Galaxy S10 plus very useful I appreciate you guys for doing this thank you very much!!!Good app that works nice.

2. Android is 7.1.2. This option is available on my personal phone, which is a Galaxy Note 10, but I'd much rather use my work phone for evidence.Samsung S20 with Android 11.

3. It would also be nice to have a Zoom function in the photo section to take quality pictures.

4. Application is slow.After the last update unable to upload pictures or videos from my Samsung 21 phone.

1. Fix Axon Capture Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Axon Capture: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Axon Capture App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Axon Capture" » Open Axon Capture » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Axon Capture » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Axon Capture app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Axon Capture servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Axon Capture" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Axon Capture app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Axon Capture might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Axon Capture. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Axon Capture then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Axon Capture not working

2. Fix Axon Capture Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Axon Capture be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Axon Capture not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Axon Capture may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
