Why should I report an Issue with Hanzii: Dict to learn Chinese?

2. It kept going back to the last word when checking a new one.Very easy to find words, their definitions, and grammatical purpose and placement.

3. I'm fine with both of these because this is such a good free app but it's very annoying when you have to keep closing premium ad after premium ad when im trying to look for some information, especially when I'm in a time crunch.

5. Unfortunately, the spoken coaching in pronouncing words can be faulty when the tonal changes are not clear and distinct.

6. However, I would have liked it better if the definitions had Chinese explanations below the English ones so that once I had some grasp of Chinese I could attempt to understand the phrases more authentically.

7. But thankfully they don't use it in all of the words.Sometimes I wrote down some words in the typing box but then my phone tilted then the annoying add comes up and ask me to buy the premiums.

8. If you could do the same to the app then it would be really appreciated since it's a hassle to use the website more.Very good overall, the chinese dictionary in itself is fantastic and so is the translator.

9. And sometimes when i draw the words it cannot translate even though its clear.

1. Fix Hanzii Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hanzii: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hanzii App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hanzii" » Open Hanzii: Dict to learn Chinese » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hanzii » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hanzii: Dict to learn Chinese app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hanzii servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hanzii: Dict to learn Chinese" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hanzii app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hanzii might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hanzii. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hanzii then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hanzii not working

2. Fix Hanzii Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hanzii be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hanzii not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hanzii may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
