Clearly there's the main problem with all of these reviews having the same issue.The remote app I downloaded to my smartphone does not work most of the time, and keeps crashing causing me to reset wireless speakers and recalibrate distance measurements and readjust the each of the 4 speakers in front and the 2 surround speakers the remote included in the box does not work at all except to turn the volume up and down and to turn off and on, the other 6 buttons don't even work.

2. A "premium" sound system that has no way to adjust the bass?!? I've waited a year assuming they would surely add it, and yet still no EQ, something that one would think is extremely easy to incorporate for an audio company.

3. I'm such a dummy.Thanks, Enclave support for the recent 'clarifications' about which version is needed based on the system in use.

4. Speakers are great, but afte experiencing the app, I can't recommend the system to anyone.

5. The physical remote that is offered does not adjust the levels, change settings etc and you can't even see the volume level.

6. Love the system but doesn't do much if I have no way to adjust or control the system.
