1. Its slow, does not display reservations history in the app, some discounts are not applied in pricing, extra step in confirming timing and paxs and why do we need a security token for a restaurant reservation, might be functions slowing this app down?They do not always coordinate the time slots and closing times with the restaurants in their app.

2. 3 starsthe app shows a fake discount on the front page when you're scrolling through the list of restaurants, however, it shows a different (a less attractive one of course) discount when you actually click on it the worst part is that their voucher never came and it happened twice! first time it didn't come I said ok nevermind.

3. It confuses muscle memory of the thumb and causes hectic reachability issues - the fixed unscrollable section of each restaurant takes up so much screen real estate, it becomes a nightmare to browse the menu and details.

4. Hopefully someday it will be back here and have a lot of restaurants selection tooThe booking system is not working, the available time slot show nothing once the booking detail changed.

5. In that case, why did you receive those orders in the first place? You can just code the app to stop taking order after the amount was reached.

6. I will never recommend friends using this app again.I don't know if anybody else experience this.. From 2 reservations, none of them was succeed.. Different places, different hours, same answers from the restaurants: "we are no longer availabe at Eatigo".

7. It's ridiculous not to mention any expiry date in the email with the coupon code, but expecting me to look for it in the term and condition that I have no idea where I can find it.

8. and of course no recorded mail option either, and with no surprise I did not receive my voucher after completing the said number of reservation with their appdoes not have direct coordination with partner restaurant.

9. She later told me that Eatigo received a certain amount of limit for promotional price, so once the amount was reached the rest of the orders got cancelled.

10. I have gone to a buffet restaurant in Eatigo app that closed 15 mins after I was supposed to start having the buffet.

11. If you are not working with them anymore, then why did you put them in the apps? Really, it's very disappointing when you think that you have reserved a place, and when you came up, the reservation was invalid.

1. Fix Eatigo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Eatigo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Eatigo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eatigo" » Open Eatigo – dine & save » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eatigo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Eatigo – dine & save app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eatigo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eatigo – dine & save" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Eatigo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eatigo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Eatigo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eatigo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eatigo not working

2. Fix Eatigo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Eatigo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Eatigo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Eatigo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
