1. I tried streaming it, but it doesn't work, and it keeps on showing a message that says "error."I instead downloaded the episode and tried watching ( thinking maybe I need to download it bc my network is slow or something like that) it eventually downloaded the episode, but I still couldn't watch it.

2. Streaming works fine but catch-up has become almost impossible to use, some shows don't want to download and constantly say network error, others play but then freeze after every few minutes or constantly jump back to the beginning.

3. And why does it present me with error codes that are absolutely useless to me, I need multichoice support to decipher an error message!!! What a poorly written appI have the full bouquet and yet through the app, only 10 channels show.

4. Its unacceptable that apps like netflix never have issue but the DStv app has been consistently unreliable for the year.App works perfectly except for when you actually need it.

5. Use this as an example to improve your services mainly the streaming image quality without blur and flickering.

6. Truly not worth the stress.. used to be a good app but all the constant updates has messed things up.When viewing Catch Up, some shows load for everyone without eventually playing.

1. Fix DStv Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DStv: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DStv App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DStv" » Open DStv » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DStv » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DStv app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DStv servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DStv" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DStv app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DStv might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DStv. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DStv then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DStv not working

2. Fix DStv Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DStv be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DStv not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DStv may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
