1. I wish I could downgrade to previous version! I just realised that I have to refresh the app everytime I need to use it, that way it can work!Why would the advert for this app on Facebook always pop up and hijack whenever I'm watching video clips and would not skip until I have installed and opened this app!?!?! It's quite annoying and inappropriate! Find better ways to advertise.

2. This is an undoing on your part.The biggest issue in using the app is that there's no way to pay for the service (Compact Plus) without adding an extra charge in form of add ons or extra subscriptions which I clearly don't want and don't need.

3. My only concern is that whenever someone pays for any package via Bank's App, it doesn't not automatically impact on your decoder until someone begin to send messages to you or decided to use MyDSTV App to upgrade it.

4. If there was a way to pay for only what I need instead of adding extra subscriptions with no way of opting out, then maybe we'll be fine.It's been a sad experience within the last few months.

5. I think the simulation between making payment for the package of your choice via Bank's App and immediate impact on your decoder should be seamless without further stress!This new update is terrible.

6. Fix that!I've been using this app for a while now & it has worked very well but, this particular version has a bug, it doesn't open on my phone.

7. Before I pay for a particular subscription I don't know the channels that will be available for that subscription and that is why I'm rating it a one star maybe when it's fixed or reviewed I'll make it 5 stars.This app sucks, never works properly, and always stucks.

8. 😔I have not been able to log in into Mydstv app, despite providing all my information all I get from the app is that my information of more than 10 years is incorrect.

9. The fact that a device is rooted and can't be unrooted due to the fact that it's from factory shouldn't necessarily deny the user from accessing your services.

10. How is that important? I thought the team would have noticed this and make ammendment but reverse is the case as I just applied another update.

1. Fix MyDStv Africa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyDStv Africa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyDStv Africa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyDStv Africa" » Open MyDStv Africa » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyDStv Africa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyDStv Africa app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyDStv Africa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyDStv Africa" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyDStv Africa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyDStv Africa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyDStv Africa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyDStv Africa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyDStv Africa not working

2. Fix MyDStv Africa Server issues & Internet Connection
