So basically DSTV rewards is not there and it forces me to rate it one star before posting my review comment.I bought this DStv on the 17th of May and I paid it on the 18th of May but now is not playing it says the channels are blocked because it's not available on my package is suspended it says I can clear this error using self service and now the problem is that this number am using is not registered to them they just reregister the old number I was using in years back now I don't know what to do anymoreNo use in having this App if you're always struggling to access it, not to mention the DSTV app that won't work.
2. Self service should be one of the options not the only option available to your customers.The app works ok most of the time, but there is a big problem with the rewards.
3. The voucher codes are not given and the error message reads "something went wrong .........." Please fix and I will give more stars.Oh my God!,this app is so frustrating,I just can't seem to finish whatever I'm doing,without it blanking out.Multichoice is the best.
4. That self service of yours does not work for all your customers as we are unable to speak to your consultants if you still have that is.
5. When I tried to use the ubereats rewards it was not successful because it shows that the promo code given does not exist.
6. Why bother to tell customers to add BritBox via WhatsApp if it does not function adequately.
7. And the level of disservice is getting higher and higher with regards to the way of being contacted by your customers.
8. I just keep getting a message saying they have a problem, and are unable to add this, and I must try again later.
9. You are now running short of content and starting to repeat a number of programs just like your competition.
10. Been trying to add BritBox on Whatsapp for over a week now with no success.
11. It simply does not work.
