1. I have been trying to contact in all ways that I could to your company but no response at all (emails, social medias messages, contact numbers) I was charged with SR900 for the reservation I made in Ritz Carlton but the when we arrived they said there is no such app that they recognize.
2. I hope this app fixes it's s***.The restaurant has cancelled my booking while I am in the restaurant and charged the full amount of the bill without deduction, I tried all the communication channels to report this to my table, even sent evidence with no response at all.
3. It doesn't even deserve Any star!Okay, so I do like the idea of this app, but it is bad in every possible ways.. - SMS authentication code did not work at the beginning - After it did, I was forced to authenticate my email, their email wasn't even personalized let alone had the code in it - The app requires me to have my location shared at all times? Not even Uber did this.
4. I was charged with such amount, I did not get your service and now none of of your contact info is reachable!!!!!This app is terrible.
5. Very frustrating.Terrible! They never send the confirmation code on the phone in order to register and sign up.
6. Please send the verification code or else I cannot use the app.Why do you want access to location all the time!!!!!Very bad app.
7. They charged me for a reservation in Habitas hotel and it says its cancelled.
8. The execution is horrible, IT infrastructure is horrible, and privacy (and battery usage mind you) is outrageous.
9. They send messages in Arab and I dont understand the language.
