Why should I report an Issue with DreamApp: Journal & Dictionary?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of DreamApp Ltd to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

I'm not sure about the price for it at the moment and if the price becomes more affordable in the future I would fully consider being a patron again.First there are not many ads but what I think is ridiculous is that when you type a dream about like a shooting like for example I was at a school shooting then I got shot it will tell you about the first than you have to pay 7.99 a week to see the other part witch is you getting shot! And to understand more things about your dreams you have to pay the same amount! But once that's out of the way it's a pretty good app that's why I give it a 3 overall.It was a cool concept but of course it's another app that looks free and makes you pay after using it for a good like 8 minutes.

But the other features so far are working greatly!It's got a lot of good definitions and a bunch of definitions that other apps might not think people dream about so it's helpful in that way with a large selection, and I really like how it saves your dreams into a journal! I like looking back at my dreams and also how it asks how you are feeling and saves it into the journal.

3. One of the other cool features is that you can turn your dream into a movie! Sadly, though, i tried to turn my dream from 5 days ago into a movie and still have not been able to view it... so that part of the app isnt working.

It just shows that I have to pay over $20 just for the premium and I can't exit out of it, I'll redownload when it gets better and the bugs are fixed, this is supposed to be a free app, not an app to download then pay, honestly it should just be $20 just for the premium, your ads are also way too hyped for what it actually is instead of fixing the true problems needed.The idea for this app is wonderful especially since they have dream experts.

5. The few good things I have to say about it is there are no ads and the dream reviews are quick.I LOVE that someone can review my dream and give me a detailed answer of what it means.

6. I'm on the trial, and happy to use the chat feature so far (it does take a bit of time to send/receive messages...but it's fine)... Before I just updated it, it would say every few minutes "no Internet connection." After the update, it continues to say "no Internet connection." This happens on both wifi and data connection.

7. However if you dream almost every night, it'll be good.Sent an e-mail to support, but including it here, as well.

8. I was super excited and typed out my whole dream and waited for it to load and it just hit me with a bill.

9. Not worth the download or the service honestly, especially since I don't even dream weekly.

10. Some improvements is that the notes are based off of specific words which don't always associate properly to the dream scenarios.

11. When you start, it asks for your name, age, gender, and relationship status, which have no option for being uncomfortable about telling.

1. Fix DreamApp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DreamApp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DreamApp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DreamApp" » Open DreamApp: Journal & Dictionary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DreamApp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DreamApp: Journal & Dictionary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DreamApp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DreamApp: Journal & Dictionary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DreamApp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DreamApp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DreamApp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DreamApp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DreamApp not working

2. Fix DreamApp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DreamApp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DreamApp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DreamApp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
