1. The most noticeable is that after it tells you to increase the incline it may tell you to raise our lower the incline, but the label stays as saying there should be an incline.Love Down Dog apps, but this one doesn't do it for me.
2. I'm just starting out and tried level 1 endurance and it was really hard, probably couldn't have done it 3 weeks ago when I started running again.
3. I'm not sure how they expect someone that is just starting to run (and is out of shape) to be at this level to begin with.I hate intervals, but this app is a good way to avoid my common pitfalls.
4. I made sure to select the Beginner level yet the instructions had speeds averaging 5+ mph and sprints of 8+ mph.
5. I did intervals with other Apps and they were clearly better for Beginners and workouts for 30 min.
6. And it routinely skips sections this is only worthwhile if you stay indoorsI went for a run with the App and chose a workout for 30 minutes for Beginners focus 'Speed'.
7. I do like that it tells me how my breathing should be at each stage of an interval, but the voice cues don't match what's on the screen and it gets confusing to follow along, nevermind that I was absolutely WINDED trying to keep up.
8. I'll stick with my other running app.I love the Down Dog apps.
9. I like the other Down Dog Apps but this one needs improvementHi, the application doesn't work.
10. I had to totally ignore the MPH guidance and just pick my own ranges (3.5-4mph jog, 5.5-6 mph run, and 6.5mph sprint) and it was really discouraging for me to hear the higher ranges each time!Terrible app.
11. The beginner level is too advanced and discouraging since I can't even come close to keeping up.
