1. Alas the major reason I have them id for the EQ for gigs so I'll have to use my old ones AS WELL! Irritatingly Ios has this! Shame as it seems to be in earlier versions but they need registration with a defunct server! There's a PC update Btw that increases battery life and phone call quality version 1.q bit tricky to install but may help someone!Despite the app existing it appears that it doesn't work, nor supported by developer.

2. sucks.This app doesn't work after trying it with multiple phones by now i don't know if the buds are even functionalThese earbuds are suck i haven't been able to connect them to my device at allI have tried for a long time to make it connect to my phone but it won't work.

3. No response from developer so looks like its an outdated bit of kit and app....shame as it was good when used it previously.Have never been able to pair these earphones, so I've never used them.

4. I've a pair of older Active Listening Here buds which i thought I'd upgrade to get Bluetooth streaming and some cool extra features.

5. certainly expected more from the developers.it can never pair when you are in a venue, no matter how strong or week the network is.

6. I wasted a lot of money on a product that doesn't work.

7. The headphones no longer pair to android device.

8. And they've neutered the Live Eq on Android for some reason.

1. Fix Here Active Listening Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Here Active Listening: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Here Active Listening App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Here Active Listening" » Open Here Active Listening » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Here Active Listening » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Here Active Listening app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Here Active Listening servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Here Active Listening" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Here Active Listening app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Here Active Listening might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Here Active Listening. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Here Active Listening then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Here Active Listening not working

2. Fix Here Active Listening Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Here Active Listening be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Here Active Listening not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Here Active Listening may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
